3 Free Lead Database Building Tools Every Sales Person Needs in their Toolbox

Growing and maintaining a lead database can be time consuming and a momentum killer. There are 3 powerful tools I use to quickly build and maintain a qualified lead database. I think you’ll find them helpful as well.

Hunter.io
This tool allows you to enter a domain name and it generates a list of email addresses based on scouring the web for sources. See example below.

You can take this a step further and download their Google Chrome extension. Now when you either go to a website or visit LinkedIn, you can grab the email address and contact information with a simple click of a button. The best part is you don’t have to be connected with potential prospects on LinkedIn. Most of the time the tool seems to work, but sometimes it isn’t able to pull contact records. It’s still a major time saver. See below.

You can then save your contact into lead lists that can be stored directly in the Hunter.io platform. You can setup an unlimited number of lists to help sort your leads.

You can also automatically offload the contact records into a Google Sheet using their Google Sheet Extension.

This is just the tip of the iceberg of the possibilities behind what you can do with the data. Hope this gives you and your team a more efficient way to hunt for leads and store the data for your prospecting efforts and marketing campaigns.
